Shipping Coverage
With our courier partner, Australia Post, we ship to any address in Australia and New Zealand. Future expansion of shipping areas is under consideration.
Shipping Costs
- Australia: $15 AUD for express shipping, all orders over A$250 receive free express shipping.
- New Zealand: $35 NZD per order, free shipping for orders over $350 NZD.
There are no hidden shipping fees.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 1 PM AEDT.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
- Not all items on the website are available for same-day dispatch due to new release times. Please ensure you read the description before ordering.

Please note that these are our standard shipping times. Please take into consideration delays caused by weather or any other reasons outside of our control may increase the shipping time.
Be aware that the countries China, South Korea, Zimbabwe, and Zambia are excluded.
